Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a supply source to provide pharmaceutical products listed in the schedule for purchase through the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Program. The purpose is to ensure availability and consistency of products for nationwide usage and to obtain volume-based, committed-use pricing. The contract will be effective upon signing the SF-1449 and notification of award, with an implementation period and an ordering period.

Work Details
The solicitation includes two groups - Group I and Group II. Offerors must propose prices for the base year and each option year for the proposed items within a product group or groups. One award will be made per product group for the base year and all option years. The products include Ranibizumab-EQRN 0.3/0.05ML INJ, OPTH, Ranibizumab 0.3MG/0.05ML INJ,OPTH,SYRINGE, Ranibizumab-EQRN 0.5/0.05ML INJ, OPTH, and Ranibizumab 0.5MG/0.05ML INJ, OPTH.

Period of Performance
Contract Effective Date: To be determined upon signing the SF-1449; Implementation Period: Maximum of 60 calendar days; Ordering Period: Base year Ordering Period will be in effect for one year.

Place of Performance
Products will be ordered by VA through Government Prime Vendor contracts, with delivery to multiple destinations or performance at multiple locations as determined between the awarded Contractor and Government Prime Vendor contractors.
