Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, requires a contractor to provide radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for veterans. This contract aims to ensure the timely delivery of these essential medical supplies to support the Nuclear Medicine service at the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver various radiopharmaceuticals as specified in the Statement of Work. The following items are required:

1. Thallium 201 Chloride - 10 units (1-4 mCi each)
2. Tc Ceretec labeled leukocytes - 10 units (15-20 mCi each)
3. In-111 labeled leukocyte - 5 units (500 uCi each)
4. I-123 Capsules - 5 units (200 uCi each)
5. I-131 Capsules Diagnostic - 25 units (10 uCi each)
6. I-131 Capsules THERAPY - 5 units (6-250 mCi each)
7. Tc99 MDP - 500 units (25 mCi each)
8. Tc99 DTPA aerosol - 200 units (35 mCi each)
9. Tc99m Myocardial perfusion Myoview - 500 units (12, 35, and 45 mCi provided by unit dose)
10. Additional items include various other radiopharmaceuticals with specified quantities and dosages as detailed in the solicitation.

The contractor must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and FDA, and perform quality control procedures on all products delivered.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center located at 820 S. Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60612.
