PYLARIFY-PIFLUFOLASTAT F 18 INJECTION

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Healthcare System intends to solicit and award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement against Federal Schedule Contract 36F79719D0170 to Progenics Pharmaceuticals, 331 Treble Cove Road, N. Billerica, MA 01862 to provide Pylarify-Piflufolastat F 18 Injection for the Nuclear Medicine Department. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405-6 (b). The anticipated period of performance will be for one-twelve months with four-twelve month options. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any responses received will be considered for the purposes of determining sources for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. If vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this specific need, submit your response to this notice no later than March 10, 2023, 12:00 PM EST. This will be the only notice of the Governments intent to solicit, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
