Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a supply source for Pregabalin Capsules through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The contract aims to ensure the availability and consistency of these pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage, providing volume-based pricing for various government health care facilities, including VA, DoD, Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons. The contract will establish National Contract prices for the listed products distributed through the PPV Programs.

The contract includes the supply of Pregabalin Capsules in various dosages and quantities as follows:

Each line item requires a unique National Drug Code (NDC) number and must comply with specific packaging requirements including safety caps and bottle dimensions as outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing and notification of award with an implementation period allowing up to a maximum of sixty days before orders can be placed by PPVs.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to multiple locations as designated by the Government Prime Vendor contractors across various facilities including all Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities and other authorized users under the PPV Programs.
