The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a supply source for Pegfilgrastim, a medication used to stimulate the production of white blood cells in patients undergoing chemotherapy. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability and consistency of Pegfilgrastim products for nationwide usage through the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Program, which aims to provide volume-based, committed-use pricing for various federal health care facilities.

The contract will cover the supply of Pegfilgrastim in various formulations and trade names, specifically:

- Quantity: 8,458 Syringes per year for Base Year and each Option Year.

2. **Pegfilgrastim-PBBK 6mg/0.6ml Injection, Solution, Syringe** (Trade name: Fylnetra)
- Quantity: 8,458 Syringes per year for Base Year and each Option Year.

3. **Pegfilgrastim-JMDB 6mg/0.6ml Injection, Solution, Syringe** (Trade name: Fulphila)
- Quantity: 8,458 Syringes per year for Base Year and each Option Year.

4. **Pegfilgrastim-FPGK 6mg/0.6ml Injection, Solution, Syringe** (Trade name: Stimufend)
- Quantity: 8,458 Syringes per year for Base Year and each Option Year.

5. **Pegfilgrastim-APGF 6mg/0.6ml Injection, Solution, Syringe** (Trade name: Nyvepria)
- Quantity: 8,458 Syringes per year for Base Year and each Option Year.

6. **Pegfilgrastim-BMEZ 6mg/0.6ml Injection, Solution, Syringe** (Trade name: Ziextenzo)
- Quantity: 8,458 Syringes per year for Base Year and each Option Year.

7. **Pegfilgrastim-CBQV 6mg/0.6ml Injection, Solution, Syringe** (Trade name: Udenyca) AND **Pegfilgrastim-CBQV 6mg/0.6ml Autoinjector** (Trade name: Udenyca)
- Quantity: 8,458 Autoinjectors per year for Base Year and each Option Year.

All offered prices must include a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5% as outlined in the Scope of Contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award with a base year followed by four one-year options.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various Department of Veterans Affairs facilities across the United States as part of the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Program.
