Background
The solicitation is for the procurement of Oxcarbazepine Tablets by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Defense (DoD) through their respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The purpose is to establish a supply source to provide drugs listed in the schedule for purchase through the PPV Programs. The contract will be effective upon signing the SF-1449 and notification of award. The Implementation Period will begin on the Contract Effective Date and end at the start of the Ordering Period, with a maximum of 60 days if awarded after 08/06/2024. The base year Ordering Period will be in effect for one year.

Work Details
The solicitation requires offerors to submit a price for all line items offered, inclusive of the base year and four option years. Offered prices must include a 0.5% Cost Recovery Fee as outlined in the Scope of Contract (Section 12). Offerors must provide an eleven-digit National Drug Code (NDC) Number unique to the offeror for each item offered. The solicitation also requires submission of a Letter of Commitment from the manufacturer to assure an uninterrupted source of supply sufficient to satisfy 's requirements for the contract period.
