Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply of Naproxen Tablets through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability and consistency of pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based, committed-use pricing. This solicitation aims to create a supply source for various VA facilities and other government entities, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Indian Health Service (IHS), and Bureau of Prisons (BOP).

4. **Naproxen 375mg Tablet, 500 Tablets per Bottle**
- Base Year: 8,553 Bottles

5. **Naproxen 500mg Tablet, 100 Tablets per Bottle**

6. **Naproxen 500mg Tablet, 500 Tablets per Bottle**
- Base Year: 115,644 Bottles

All offered prices must include a Cost Recovery Fee of **0.5%** and must be listed with an **11-digit NDC number** unique to the offeror's company.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing and will include a base year with four one-year options.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various Department of Veterans Affairs facilities and other authorized government entities participating in the PPV Programs.
