Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a supply source for Nadolol Tablets through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The goal is to ensure availability and consistency of pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based, committed-use pricing. This contract will support various government health facilities, including VA, DoD, IHS, and BOP.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of Nadolol Tablets in three different dosages: 20mg, 40mg, and 80mg. Each dosage will be supplied in bottles containing 100 tablets. The quantities required are as follows:

- Base Year: 7,753 Bottles
- Option Year One: 7,753 Bottles
- Option Year Two: 7,753 Bottles
- Option Year Three: 7,753 Bottles
- Option Year Four: 7,753 Bottles

- **Line Item 2**: Nadolol 40mg Tablet
- Base Year: 6,085 Bottles
- Option Year One: 6,085 Bottles
- Option Year Two: 6,085 Bottles
- Option Year Three: 6,085 Bottles
- Option Year Four: 6,085 Bottles

- **Line Item 3**: Nadolol 80mg Tablet
- Base Year: 1,566 Bottles
- Option Year One: 1,566 Bottles
- Option Year Two: 1,566 Bottles
- Option Year Three: 1,566 Bottles
- Option Year Four: 1,566 Bottles.
Each offer must include an eleven-digit National Drug Code (NDC) unique to the offeror's company and a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5%.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon the signing of the SF-1449 by the authorized representative of the VA. The Implementation Period can last up to a maximum of sixty calendar days before the Ordering Period begins.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations as specified by the VA and DoD facilities participating in the PPV Programs.
