The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability and consistency of Losartan Tablets for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based pricing. This solicitation aims to provide drugs listed in the schedule for purchase through the PPV Programs, which include various government health facilities.

The contract involves the delivery of Losartan Potassium Tablets in various packaging sizes and dosages. The specific line items include:

- **Line Item 1**: Losartan 25mg tablets, 30 Tablets per Bottle (Base Year: 165,917 Bottles)
- **Line Item 2**: Losartan 25mg tablets, 90 Tablets per Bottle (Base Year: 257,393 Bottles)
- **Line Item 3**: Losartan 25mg tablets, 1,000 Tablets per Bottle (Base Year: 43,955 Bottles)
- **Line Item 4**: Losartan 50mg tablets, 30 Tablets per Bottle (Base Year: 60,715 Bottles)
- **Line Item 5**: Losartan 50mg tablets, 90 Tablets per Bottle (Base Year: 564,328 Bottles)
- **Line Item 6**: Losartan 50mg tablets, 1,000 Tablets per Bottle (Base Year: 53,509 Bottles)

All unit-of-use packaging must contain safety caps and meet specific size requirements. Offerors must submit a price for all line items for the base year and four option years. Prices must include a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5%.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award notification and will include a maximum implementation period of up to sixty days before the ordering period begins.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to multiple locations as specified by the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor contractors.
