Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a supply source for Lamotrigine Immediate Release (IR) Tablets through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The objective is to ensure availability and consistency of the product for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based pricing. This contract will serve various government participants, including VA facilities, Department of Defense (DoD), Indian Health Service (IHS), and Bureau of Prisons (BOP).

The contract involves the delivery of Lamotrigine Immediate Release Tablets in various formulations and quantities as outlined below:

- Base Year Quantity: 13,751 Bottles
- Option Year Quantities: 13,751 Bottles each year for four years.

2. **Lamotrigine 25mg Tablet**
- **500 Tablets per Bottle**
- Base Year Quantity: 22,050 Bottles
- Option Year Quantities: 22,050 Bottles each year for four years.

3. **Lamotrigine 25mg Tablet**
- **1,000 Tablets per Bottle**
- Base Year Quantity: 11,025 Bottles
- Option Year Quantities: 11,025 Bottles each year for four years.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing and will include a base year with four one-year options.
