Inhaled Corticosteroid Long Acting Beta Agonist Inhalers   3

The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 36E79721R0021 for an unrestrictive procurement for Inhaled Corticosteroid/Long-Acting Beta-Agonist Inhalers (ICS/LABA), for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and Indian Health Service (IHS). Only one Group will be awarded, in the aggregate for all line items within any one group, to the responsible offeror who will be able to provide an uninterrupted source of supply for the contracted items. The contract period will be for one year plus four pre-priced one-year option periods. The contract items will be distributed through the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Program. Offerors must state the exact name (name that appears on label) by which the drug will be supplied and have an NDC number that is unique to the offeror. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325412. The quantities listed below (expressed as percentages) represent the product share of the total Estimated Annual Usage of 3,050,074 containers. Each line item per group has an estimated annual percentage of the amount that will be ordered. The CO will rely on these estimated product distribution percentages to calculate the estimated value of received offers in response to the solicitation. Example: If Group 1 were to be awarded, 10% of the total estimated annual requirements (3,050,074 containers) would be for line item 1a, 54% for line item 1b, and 36% for line item 1c.
