Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is procuring the 2025-2026 Influenza Virus Vaccine as part of its annual vaccination program. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish sources of supply for the required vaccines, ensuring availability and timely distribution to various government agencies including VA facilities, Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Indian Health Service (IHS), and State Veteran Homes.

The contract aims to provide these agencies with the necessary vaccines at committed use prices, following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding vaccine strains.

Work Details
The contract includes the delivery of various presentations of the Influenza Virus Vaccine for the 2025-2026 season. All vaccines must be FDA approved and have an expiration date no earlier than May 31, 2026. The specific products include:

1. **Influenza Virus Vaccine**: 10 dose multiple dose vial or 10 - 0.5ml vials, Quadrivalent; for persons ≥ 6 months, latex free.
- Quantity: 6,500 Vials/Boxes

2. **Pre-filled single dose syringes** with plunger and Luer lock needle attachment, Quadrivalent; for persons ≥ 36 months.
- Quantity: 120,000 Boxes of 10

3. **Pre-filled single dose syringe** designed for persons 65 years and older; Quadrivalent or Trivalent.
- Quantity: 120,000 Boxes of 10

4. **Pre-filled single dose syringe** (pediatric), preservative free; Quadrivalent.
- Quantity: 2,033 Vials/Boxes

5. **Pre-filled single dose syringes** for persons ≥ 36 months.
- Quantity: 3,556 Boxes of 10

6. **Pre-filled single dose syringe** designed for persons aged between 6 months - 35 months; preservative free.
- Quantity: 1,462 Boxes of 10

7. **Pre-filled single dose syringe** designed for persons aged over 65; Quadrivalent or Trivalent.

Period of Performance
The contract will be in effect from the award date through March 14, 2026. Delivery schedules specify that the first shipment must occur between August 15 and September 15, 2025, with a second shipment between September 16 and October 15, 2025.
