Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a supply source for Infliximab Injection 100 mg/vial through their Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Program. The purpose is to ensure availability and consistency of the product for nationwide usage and to obtain volume-based, committed-use pricing. The contract will be effective upon the date of signing the SF-1449 and notification of award. There will be an Implementation Period and an Ordering Period, with specific timeframes for each.

Work Details
The contract requires the supply of Infliximab Injection 100mg Bottle/Vial or Biosimilar Product to various government facilities including VA facilities, Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities, Bureau of Prisons (BOP) facilities, and others. Offerors must submit prices for the base year and all four one-year options for line item 1. The offered prices must include a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5% and must not exceed two decimal places. Offerors are also required to provide an 11-digit National Drug Code (NDC) number unique to the offeror's company for each offered drug.
The contract also specifies packaging requirements and requires a Letter of Commitment from the manufacturer if the offeror is not the manufacturer of the offered items.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an Implementation Period beginning on the Contract Effective Date and ending at the start of the Ordering Period, with a maximum duration of 60 days if awarded after July 2, 2023. The base year Ordering Period will be in effect for one year.

Place of Performance
Products will be ordered by VA through Government Prime Vendor contracts, with delivery order requirements determined between the awarded contractor(s) and Government Prime Vendor contractors.
