PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 36E79721R0037 for an unrestrictive procurement for Fluorouracil 5% Cream, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DOD), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and Indian Health Service (IHS).
