Background
The solicitation response due date for 36E79722R0007 has been changed to Friday, January 28th, 2022 at 2:30 PM CST. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is the agency issuing the contract. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a supply source that will provide the drugs listed in the schedule for purchase through the PPV Programs. The total annual estimated usage for VA, Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), State Veterans Homes - Option 2 (SVH), Indian Health Service (IHS), and Bureau of Prisons (BOP) appears on the Schedule of Supplies section of this Solicitation.

Work Details
The specific product to be delivered under the contract is Filgrastim Pre-Filled Syringes. The estimated number of syringes for Line Item 1 is 24,398 for the individual syringes per strength, and for Line Item 2 is 37,818 syringes. Offerors must submit a price for all line items offered, inclusive of the base year and all option years. Offered prices must include a 0.5% Cost Recovery Fee as outlined in the Scope of Contract (paragraph 11). Only products that have received a Biologics License Application (BLA) under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act will be considered.

The geographic location(s) where the product will be delivered includes all Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities, all Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities, all Bureau of Prisons (BOP) facilities, Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), and all Option 2 State Veteran Homes.
