Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Defense (DoD) acquire their pharmaceutical requirements through their respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a supply source that will provide the drugs listed in the schedule for purchase through the PPV Programs. The total annual estimated usage for VA, Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), State Veterans Homes (SVH) - Option 2, DoD, Indian Health Service (IHS), and Bureau of Prisons (BOP) appears on the Schedule of Supplies section of this Solicitation.

Work Details
The contract is for the supply of Etodolac Capsules, Tablets, and SA Tablets. The award will be made in the aggregate for Etodolac Capsules (Group 1), Etodolac Tablets (Group 2), and Etodolac SA Tablets (Group 3). Offerors must submit a price for the base year and all four one-year options for all line items within the product group or groups proposed. The prices offered shall not exceed two decimal places. Offered prices must include an 11 digit NDC number for each offered drug that is unique to the offeror's company. The contract will have an Implementation Period and an Ordering Period.

Period of Performance
Contract Effective Date: 06-4-2024
Implementation Period: Maximum of 60 calendar days
Ordering Period: Base year Ordering Period will be in effect for one year.

Place of Performance
The products specified in the schedule are to be provided at various facilities/agencies including all VA facilities, all DoD Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Program facilities, all Indian Health Service facilities, all Bureau of Prisons facilities, Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, and all Option 2 State Veteran Homes.
