Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply of Dimethyl Fumarate Capsules through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Program. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable source of pharmaceutical products for various government health care facilities, including the VA, Federal Health Care Centers, State Veterans Homes, Department of Defense (DoD), Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons. This solicitation aims to provide volume-based pricing and consistent availability of the specified drugs.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of Dimethyl Fumarate Capsules with specific requirements outlined in the Scope of Contract. The following items are included:

1. **Tadalafil 10mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 8,378 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year
- Packaging: 30 Tablets per Bottle

2. **Tadalafil 2.5mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 4,381 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year
- Packaging: 30 Tablets per Bottle

3. **Tadalafil 20mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 42,862 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year
- Packaging: 30 Tablets per Bottle

4. **Tadalafil 5mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 264,100 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year
- Packaging: 30 Tablets per Bottle.

All unit-of-use packaging must include a safety cap and meet specified dimensions for labeling and barcode display. Offerors must provide an 11-digit National Drug Code (NDC) number unique to their company for each drug offered.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing by the authorized representative and will include a base year with four one-year options.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to multiple locations as designated by the Government Prime Vendor contractors.
