The goal is to ensure availability and consistency of pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based pricing. This contract will support the VA and Department of Defense (DoD) in fulfilling their pharmaceutical requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing and notification of award by the VA. The Implementation Period will last up to a maximum of sixty days post-award if awarded after March 14th,2025; otherwise it begins immediately upon award.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various Department of Veterans Affairs facilities and other authorized users under the DoD Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Program across the United States.
