Clonidine Patches   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a supply source for Clonidine patches through the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The objective is to ensure availability and consistency of these pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage, while obtaining volume-based pricing. This contract will support the VA and Department of Defense (DoD) in acquiring their pharmaceutical requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. **Clonidine .1mg/24hrs patch**
- Quantity: 28,788 boxes per year for the base year and each option year.
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

2. **Clonidine .2mg/24hrs patch**
- Quantity: 32,468 boxes per year for the base year and each option year.
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

3. **Clonidine .3mg/24hrs patch**
- Quantity: 36,204 boxes per year for the base year and each option year.
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

All offered prices must include a 0.5% Cost Recovery Fee as outlined in the Scope of Contract. Offerors must provide an 11-digit NDC number unique to their company for each drug offered.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective on the date the VA signs the SF-1449 and notifies the contractor of award, with an implementation period allowing a maximum of 60 days post-award if awarded after September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various VA facilities, DoD facilities, Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities, Bureau of Prisons (BOP) facilities, and other authorized users under the PPV Programs.
