Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Defense (DOD) acquire pharmaceutical requirements through their respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a supply source that will provide drugs listed in the schedule for purchase through the PPV Programs. The contract aims to ensure availability and consistency of products for nationwide usage and to obtain volume-based, committed-use pricing.

Work Details
The contract requires the supply of Chlorthalidone Tablets in various quantities and package sizes. Offerors must submit prices for the base year and all four one-year options for all line items. Prices offered shall not exceed two decimal places.
Offered prices must include an 11-digit National Drug Code (NDC) number for each offered drug that is unique to the offeror's company. The contract also specifies the Implementation Period, Ordering Period, and special considerations related to payment structure and invoicing.

Period of Performance
Contract Effective Date: To be determined at the time of contract award; Implementation Period: Maximum 60 days after 9/26/2022; Ordering Period: One year from the end of the Implementation Period.

Place of Performance
Products will be ordered by VA through Government Prime Vendor contracts, with delivery to multiple destinations or performance at multiple locations as determined by orders issued by the Ordering clause.
