CGRP Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptides   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a supply source for Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptides (CGRP) through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Program. The goal is to ensure availability and consistency of these pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based, committed-use pricing. The contract will set the National Contract prices for the products listed in the schedule of supplies, which will be distributed through the PPV Program.

Work Details
The contract involves providing the following drugs:
1. Erenumab-Aooe 70mg/ml Autoinjector, 1ml
2. Erenumab-Aooe 140mg/ml Autoinjector, 1ml
3. Fremanezumab-Vfrm 225mg/1.5ml Inj, Syringe, 1.5ml
4. Fremanezumab-Vfrm 225mg/1.5ml Autoinjector
5. Galcanezumab-Gnlm 120mg/ml Inj, Pen, 1ml
6. Galcanezumab-Gnlm 120mg/ml Inj, Syringe, 1ml

Each offer must include an 11-digit National Drug Code (NDC) number unique to the Offeror's company for each drug offered. The estimated annual usage for VA and other participating agencies is approximately 12,689 patients with varying doses per year as detailed in the Schedule of Supplies section.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing and notification of award by the VA and includes a maximum implementation period of 60 days followed by a base year ordering period lasting one year.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various Department of Veterans Affairs facilities and other authorized users under the PPV Program across the United States.
