Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a supply source for pharmaceutical products through the VA and Department of Defense (DoD) Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The goal is to ensure availability and consistency of Carvedilol Tablets for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based pricing. This contract will facilitate the distribution of these products through the PPV Programs, which are separate contracts that establish fees for pharmaceutical distribution.

- Packaging: 100 Tablets per Bottle

Each offer must include an NDC number unique to the Offeror's company.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing by the VA and will include a base year with four one-year options.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various Department of Veterans Affairs facilities, Department of Defense facilities, Indian Health Service facilities, State Veterans Homes, and Bureau of Prisons facilities across the United States.
