Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply of Bumetanide Tablets through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Program. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability and consistency of these pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage across various government health care facilities, including VA, DoD, Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons.

This solicitation aims to provide volume-based pricing for the listed drugs to meet the needs of these agencies.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of Bumetanide Tablets in various dosages and packaging sizes as follows:

1. **Bumetanide 0.5mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 16,351 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)

2. **Bumetanide 1mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 31,067 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)

3. **Bumetanide 1mg Tablet (500 Tablets per Bottle)**
- Quantity: 13,324 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)

4. **Bumetanide 2mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 20,529 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)

5. **Bumetanide 2mg Tablet (500 Tablets per Bottle)**
- Quantity: 11,493 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)

All offered prices must include a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5% as outlined in the Scope of Contract. Offerors must provide an 11-digit National Drug Code (NDC) number unique to their company for each drug offered.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing by the authorized representative and will include a base year with four one-year options.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various locations as specified by the Department of Veterans Affairs and other authorized users under the PPV Programs.
