Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply of Baclofen Tablets through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability and consistency of pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage, while obtaining volume-based pricing. The contract will support various government participants including VA facilities, Department of Defense (DoD), Indian Health Service (IHS), and Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
