Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a supply source for Aspirin 25MG/Dipyridamole 200MG Sustained Action Capsules through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The goal is to ensure the availability and consistency of pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage while obtaining volume-based pricing. This contract will support various government health facilities including VA, DoD, Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of Aspirin 25MG/Dipyridamole 200MG Sustained Action Capsules, packaged as follows:

- Line Item 1: Aspirin 25MG/Dipyridamole 200MG Sustained Action Capsules
- Quantity: 37,545 bottles per year for the base year and each option year (totaling 4 option years)
- Packaging: Each bottle must contain 60 tablets and have a safety cap that can be converted to a non-safety cap. The bottle must have a minimum size of 120cc volume and a cylindrical body with a circumference of at least 5.75 inches. Labels must fit dimensions of 5.25” x 2” with additional space for barcodes and expiration dates.
- Pricing must include a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5%. Offerors must provide an NDC number unique to their company for each drug offered.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing by the authorized representative of the VA, with an implementation period allowing up to 60 days before orders can be placed. The ordering period includes the base year and four one-year options.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to multiple locations as specified by the Government Prime Vendor contractors across various facilities under the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense.
