Background
The solicitation is for the acquisition of pharmaceutical products through the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Program under the Department of Veterans Affairs. The purpose is to establish a supply source that will provide drugs listed in the schedule for purchase through the PPV Program. The contract will be effective on the date the government signs the SF-1449 and notifies the offeror of award. The implementation period will begin on the Contract Effective Date and end at the start of the Ordering Period, and contractors will be allowed a maximum of a 60-calendar day Implementation period.

Work Details
The solicitation is for Anti-CD20 Antibodies, specifically Ocrelizumab 300mg/10mL Injection, Ublituximab-XIIY 150mg/6mL Injection, and Ofatumumab 240/0.4mL Pen Injection (Sensoready). Offerors must submit a price for the base year and all four one-year options for each line item. Prices offered shall not exceed two decimal places and must include a 0.5% Cost Recovery Fee as outlined in Scope of Contract. Offerors must list an 11 digit NDC number for each offered drug that is unique to their company as outlined in scope of contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from January 25, 2024, with an ordering period in effect for one year.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various facilities including all Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities, Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities, Bureau of Prisons (BOP) facilities, Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), and all Option 2 State Veteran Homes.
