Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a supply source for Allopurinol Tablets through its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability and consistency of pharmaceutical products for nationwide usage, while obtaining volume-based pricing. The contract will support various government health facilities including VA, DoD, Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons.

Work Details
The contract includes the following line items for Allopurinol Tablets:

1. **Allopurinol 100mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 11,705 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

2. **Allopurinol 100mg Tablet, 500 Tablets per Bottle**
- Quantity: 160,690 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

3. **Allopurinol 100mg Tablet, 1,000 Tablets per Bottle**
- Quantity: 80,345 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

4. **Allopurinol 300mg Tablet**
- Quantity: 3,809 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

5. **Allopurinol 300mg Tablet, 500 Tablets per Bottle**
- Quantity: 92,846 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

6. **Allopurinol 300mg Tablet, 1,000 Tablets per Bottle**
- Quantity: 46,423 Bottles per year for Base Year and each Option Year (1-4)
- NDC # and ANDA# required.

Offerors must provide a price for all line items including a Cost Recovery Fee of 0.5%. Each offered drug must have a unique NDC number associated with the offeror's company.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing by the VA and will include a base year with four one-year options.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations as designated by the Department of Veterans Affairs under its Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Program.
