Offeror shall supply their state wholesale distributor licensure, verifying compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), with their quote. If quoting over the counter (OTC) products vendor shall provide their OEM authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller documentation from manufacturer.
