The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) provides prosthetic limbs and related services to eligible Veterans. It is the VA s intent to solicit proposals and award one or more fixed-unit-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts on a competitive basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This procurement is Partial set-aside for Small Business and also as Other Than Small Business-Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 339113, size standard of 750 Employees shall apply. Any resultant contracts shall be for a base period of five (5) years from the effective date on the Standard Form (SF) 1449 (Box 3). The areas of service shall be all patients serviced by the Philadelphia, Coatesville, Wilmington, Wilkes-Barre, and Lebanon VA Medical Centers (VAMC). The Government intends to provide prosthetic limb coverage to Veterans for the following counties listed in the solicitation through this solicitation, including, but not limited to: Delaware Counties: New Castle, Kent, Sussex; Maryland Counties: Cecil, Wicomico; New Jersey Counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem; New York Counties: Tioga; and Pennsylvania Counties: Adams, Berks, Bradford, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montgomery, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Pike, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Union, Wayne, Wyoming, York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio.
