Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA), Human Resources, Office of Personnel has a requirement for a contractor to provide medical supplies, medications, and vaccines to its 15 dedicated Employee Health Centers (EHC) located nationwide.
This is a 100% small business concern set-aside acquisition.

Work Details
The purpose of this Request for Quotation is to solicit quotes for the establishment of a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to acquire medical supplies, medications, and vaccines to support the Social Security Administration's (SSA), 15 Employee Health Centers located nationwide. The period of performance will be a one-year base period with four 12-month option periods and an option to extend services period not to exceed six-months, if exercised. The CLINS will be funded by the issuance of a call order. Each call order will be issued individually, based on the firm-fixed prices specified in the pricing tables in Attachment D-2 Pricing Tables.
