The solicitation issue date is changed to read: 04/25/2005. CLIN 0005 is changed to read 1,500,000 doses in lieu of 150,000 doses. An amended solicitation will be issued to reflect the above stated changes in quantity and dates.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is soliciting proposals for award of multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for the purchase of adult vaccines. CDC anticipates the award of no more than two contracts for the following vaccines: Hepatitis A (Adult), Hepatitis B (Adult), Hepatitis A&B Combination, Pneumococcal (Valent 23) Polysaccharide, and Tetanus Diphtheria Toxiod (Adult). These vaccines shall be used for the adult vaccine programs only. Maximum estimated quantities, minimum order sizes, and shelf life requirements will be listed in the solicitation. Vaccines shall be shipped F.O.B. destination to the 50 states and U.S. Territories. Contracts shall be for a 12-month period beginning on or about 07/01/04. Offerors must provide evidence of current FDA product licenses for all proposed products. Solicitation 2005-N-01869 will be posted online at www.fedbizops.gov on or about 04/15/2005. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency.
