Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Headquarters 36th Wing (PACAF) at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The goal of this contract is to procure Radio Over Internet Protocol (ROIP) equipment to support the mission of the 644th Combat Communications Squadron.
