Background
This solicitation is for a Fire Alarm Service contract (VA-23-00052331) for the Alexandria VA hospital. Work Details

The required supplies include smoke detectors with bases, heat detectors with bases, pull stations, control relays, monitor modules, wall speaker/strobes, ceiling speaker/strobes, fiber modules, and 50W amplifier cards. The contractor must also meet various qualifications and rules including being a certified 'Fire Works' repair company, meeting NFPA codes, OSHA codes, NEC codes, and employing NICET Level 1 or higher Fire Alarm Technicians for various tasks. The work must carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
