633 CES Refurbish 3 Pumps in Main Lift Station

Background
The 633rd Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Langley Air Force Base (AFB), Virginia, is seeking to refurbish three wastewater pumps located in the main lift station at Facility 1369. The goal of this contract is to restore the functionality of the sewage lift station, which currently has only one operational pump, thereby ensuring efficient wastewater management for the installation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform a complete refurbishment of all three wastewater pumps. This includes:

1. **Diagnose and Documentation**:
- Perform an assessment of the Building 1369 Lift Station pumps.
- Identify and document all pump components requiring replacement or repair.
- Identify and document any other devices or system components that the client reports as having issues.
- Perform an initial analysis of system problems and generate a high-level corrective action plan.

2. **Planning and Recommendations**:
- Provide a summary report of all findings from the diagnoses.
- Outline detailed recommendations for correcting identified issues.

Additionally, the contractor may request government support for crane operations to lift pumps from the pit and transport them to and from their facility within 50 miles of Langley AFB for rebuilding.

Period of Performance
Work shall commence within five (5) days upon contract award and is expected to be completed within seven (7) business days from the scheduled start date.
