The U.S. Geological Survey St. Petersburg Coastal Marine Science Center (SPCMSC) has a requirement to upgrade their POE Security Camera System for all three buildings. The new system will cover all access points into the building and provide coverage of the back parking lot.
There are no option periods.
Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0125Q0002 will be issued on or about 10/24/2024 with written quotes due on or about 11/18/2024. See provision GS2109 Scheduling of Site Tour in Section E of the solicitation for information on the site visit.
This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334310. The size standard is 750.
A vendor must be registered and active in SAM, https://sam.gov/SAM/, to be awarded the contract.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be emailed to krschneider@usgs.gov.

Background
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) St. Petersburg Coastal Marine Science Center (SPCMSC) has a requirement to upgrade their Power over Ethernet (POE) Security Camera System for all three buildings.

The goal of this contract is to enhance security by covering all access points into the buildings and providing coverage of the back parking lot. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, travel, and supervision necessary for the installation of a POE Security Camera System as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The quote must include total pricing with a breakdown of materials and labor. The delivery date for the completed installation is set for December 31, 2024. The relevant product/service code is 7E20, which pertains to IT and Telecom - End User services.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected by December 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the USGS St. Petersburg Coastal Marine Science Center located at 600 Fourth Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701.
