Correct Admin Bldg. 20 Environment & Conditions Deficiencies at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center (Project 621-15-101)

The reconstructed space for the police staff will provide offices, a conference room, an observation room, an interview room, an evidence room with processing, male and female locker rooms, storage space, electrical and mechanical rooms, an armory with ammunition storage, lounge areas, waiting and reception areas, restrooms, corridors, circulation areas, and replacement of finish materials to incorporate current VA Standards. The design includes associated work required to demolish interior, non-structural elements and renovations to include but not limited to new walls, counters, doors, hardware, finishes, glass/glazing, mechanical, electrical, sprinklers and all associated work. New systems installed shall be designed to VA standards and meet efficiency design standards deploying the latest energy saving technology, controls, etc. where possible.
