Nathaniel Washington Powerplant - Luminaire Replacement   5

The Columbia-Pacific Northwest (CPN) Regional Office of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a construction contract to remove and replace light luminaires, T-beam joints spall containment, and Powerplant cleaning.
The work is located at Grand Coulee Dam, Nathaniel Washington Power Plant, adjacent to the cities of Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam, Washington, approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington, Okanogan County.
The Principal Components of Work:
A. Remove and replace existing interior high-bay metal halide fixtures with new light emitting diode luminaries.
B. Remove, clean, and reinstall the power plant s roof T-beam joints spall containment covers.
C. Powerplant cleaning.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 million. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement will be an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Bids will be accepted from all responsive and responsible ISBEE concerns.
