Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the installation of Data Drops and Power Outlets as part of the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center.
The goal is to enhance the facility's electrical power distribution systems in compliance with federal, state, and local codes, as well as National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements.
This project is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under Public Law 109-461.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of Data Drops and Power Outlets at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center.

- Installation of Integrated Over-Current Elements (OCE’s), Tracking Boards, and Wall Mounts.
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and laws.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award notice to proceed and complete it within 95 calendar days.
