Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting a market survey to seek potential sources for the Construct Addition to West Lot Parking Garage project at the Memphis VA Medical Center located in Memphis, TN.

This Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Work Details
The project involves general construction tasks for the Parking Garage West Lot Addition, which includes a vertical expansion from three levels to four levels.

The total parking capacity will increase from 315 to approximately 428 spaces. Renovation work encompasses interior walls, finishes, masonry, fire protection, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing additions. The contractor will provide all construction-related services including labor, materials, and equipment as per contract documents prepared by an independent Architect-Engineer firm.

Period of Performance
The duration of the project is estimated at 365 calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
