This is Amendment A0001 to IFB Solicitation 36C24225B0038, Project 526-26-102 to Replace Main EMD-Cooling Towers combined projects at the James J. Peters DVA Medical Center, Bronx, NY.

Background

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for transporting and delivering two (2) generators, switchgears, neutral grounding resistors, loose crates, JW/AC Radiator, and all other equipment from Brothers & Company Inc., located at 830 Long Island Ave, Deer Park NY 11729, to the installation site. Rigging conditions are limited, requiring contractors to plan for effective means and methods for transportation.

Additionally, the contractor must furnish and install new Motorola Avigilon cameras and a PACS system (HID for PIV readers). This includes:
- Installation of CAT6A cabling from each camera to a PoE network switch in the data center with a minimum of two (2) fiber ports.
- Provision of SFPs (MM LC modules), fiber LC aqua connectors, fiber cabinet port rack mounts, and OM3 50-micron fiber optic cables as necessary.
- Full integration into the existing Avigilon platform with connections routed to the Network Video Recorder (NVR) located in the Police Station on the first floor of Building 100.
- Supply and configuration of all necessary software, programming, and system adjustments for operational readiness.
- Installation of bollards near building southwest corners and new exterior door locations as per PSRDM mitigation measures.
