Static and Line Hardware for Ed-Fnt Static Job

Background
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), part of the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking to procure static wire and miscellaneous transmission line hardware. This contract aims to support the agency's mission of delivering reliable and affordable electric power in the region. The requirement is specifically set aside for small businesses, promoting participation from smaller contractors in government procurement.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items to be delivered FOB Destination to Jamestown, ND:

1. ROD, ARMOR, 3/8" STATIC, NON-GRITTED, PREFORMED - 385 EA (AR-1130 (ORANGE); .347 - .373)

2. CLAMP, SUSPENSION, 3/8" STATIC, O/ARMOR, BETHEA - 385 EA (FSC-70-BNK; NARROW SHOE, WIRE RANGE .20 - .70)

3. WIRE, OHG - STATIC, 3/8, EXTRA HIGH STRENGTH - 297750 FT (CLASS B, ASTM-A363, GALV. STEEL 7-STRAND; must be on metal reel with lengths of 20000FT and one reel of length 17750FT)

4. DAMPER, SPIRAL VIBRATION, 3/8" OHG (STATIC) - 824 EA (.327 - .461; PREFORMED 5050104 or DULMISON SVD-0830)

5. DEADEND, COMPRESSION, 3/8" STEEL GROUND WIRE - 72 EA (PRE-COMPRESSED VERTICAL EYE, SINGLE TONGUE; ALCOA V3814.386T). If quoting alternatives to the specified brands, bidders must provide descriptive literature and specifications for technical review.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required by August 3, 2026.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to Jamestown Substation Warehouse in Jamestown, ND.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. Bidders must provide adequate descriptive literature for any alternative products quoted and include information on country of manufacture and delivery lead time. Failure to provide this information may result in a non-responsive quotation.
