Siemens/HSP Valve Hall Wall Bushings   3

Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) Office has a purchase of replacement High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) Type GSEW f/i 250-50 AC 3700 Valve Hall Wall Bushings. This is a Brand Name requirement for valve hall wall bushings manufactured by Hochspannungsgerate (HSP)/Siemens Energy. (HSP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Energy.)
The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price, contract. Terms include FOB Destination to Sidney, Nebraska. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, small business set aside. The NAICS code is 335999; the applicable size standard is 600 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about August 15, 2023, at which time all information and attachments regarding the Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote in order to be considered for award.
NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 3:00 p.m. EDT, August 29, 2023. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Carol Hammans, Contracting Officer (hammans@wapa.gov) or via www.FedConnect.net. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
