Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to service, inspect, and conduct annual preventative maintenance of five stand-by generators located at the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of these generators, which are critical for park operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to provide the following services:
- Annual inspection and maintenance of five (5) stand-by generators at Grand Canyon National Park's North Rim.
- The service includes routine maintenance and any necessary repairs as specified in the attached Statement of Work.
- The anticipated maximum BPA value will not exceed $300,000 over the five-year ordering period.
- Detailed service receipts must include:
i. Name of Contractor
ii. BPA number
iii. Date(s) of services
iv. BPA Call number
v. List of services furnished
vi. Quantity, unit price, and extension of each item, less applicable discounts.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from January 20, 2025, to January 19, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Grand Canyon National Park's North Rim.
