$60M Small Business Environmental Consulting Services (ECS) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) under the Multiple Environmental Government Acquisition (MEGA) for Omaha District, Northwestern Division (NWD) and Existing Customers   2

The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before 13 July 2020 at 2 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in Section L of the Solicitation. The resulting contract(s) awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Task Order Contract (MATOC) as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Multiple Environmental Government Acquisition (MEGA) Strategy.

This is an ID/IQ, MATOC for Environmental Consulting Services (ECS) Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 541620, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District and its existing customers. Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. Task orders may be firm fixed price as identified in Section C.

The contract is required to be registered under NAICS code 541620 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https//www/sam.gov/SAM/. The estimated maximum value for all orders issued against this MATOC is $60 Million. There is no limit on the number of task orders that may be executed against the MATOC.

AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of the amendment is to extend the Proposal due date from 13 July 2020 to 28 July 2020, 2:00 p.m. (CST). Please see the attached SF30 continuation page for the revisions incorporated as noted in the PWS, Sections B, J, L & M and updated in the respective noted areas of the solicitation.
