Background
The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract for Conference Room Furniture for the 60th Air Mobility Wing, 60th Operations Group. The contract is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Conference Room Furniture under a Firm Fixed Priced contract in accordance with the attached Statement of Need. The specific products to be acquired include: Chairs - Link 1410 GT or equal, mid-grade vinyl mid back (42 each); Chairs – Cosmo 3220 or equal, Synthetic black leather (31 each); Chairs – Cosmo 3230 L3 or equal, Mid-grade genuine natural High back black leather (3 each); Table – Model: GT518REC or equal, 216” x 60” Laminate rectangle conference table with digitally printed logo and solid wood edge. Center Logo/cable cubby CC500 with 2xAC 120, 2xUSB, 2x HDMI, 2xRJ45. Material/Finish: Blue Curacao Y0353/Ebonized Sapele EBS (1 each); Table – Model: GT410REC or equal, L120''x W48''. 120” L x 48” W Laminate rectangle conference table with digitally printed logo and solid wood edge. Squadron Patch centered. Material/Finish: Blue Curacao Y0353/Ebonized Sapele EBS- (1 each); Table – Model: GT48REC or equal, 96” L x 48” W Laminate rectangle conference table with digitally printed logo and solid wood edge. Center Logo/cable cubby CC500 with 2xAC 120, 2xUSB, 2x HDMI, 2xRJ45. Material/Finish: Blue Curacao Y0353/Ebonized Sapele EBS (1 each); Freight and Installation/Assembly (1 lot). The place of delivery/performance is Travis AFB.
