Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking to purchase an Emergency Phone Call Box System as part of their mission to enhance emergency communication capabilities within the VA San Diego Healthcare System.

This solicitation is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, aiming to streamline the evaluation and solicitation process for commercial products and services.

Work Details
The contract requires the installation and maintenance of an Emergency Phone Call Box System, which includes:
- Installation of four Emergency Phone Call Boxes with High-Visibility Blue Emergency Lighting: three solar-powered and one AC-powered.
- Annual cellular voice and data service plan for continuous 24-hour emergency communication.
- Compliance with ADA accessibility standards.
- Use of existing emergency call box poles with all necessary mounting hardware for both pole-mounted and wall-mounted configurations.
- Final testing and demonstration of system operation upon completion.

1. Emergency Call Box Installation and Maintenance Plan for the VA San Diego Healthcare System.
2. Universal Mounted Solar Powered Units (3) - Includes Universal Mount Housing, 20W Solar panel, 17AH Battery, Antenna.
3. Wall-mounted AC-powered Unit (1) - Includes Wall Mount Housing, AC, 17AH Battery, Antenna.
4. Faceplate, 1 Button LX200 Verizon Wireless (4).
5. Single Button Faceplate with Faceplate Camera Verizon (4).
6. Emergency Management System Professional Application - Includes Real-time Map, Real-time Alerts Report, Email/Text Message notification.
