Background
The Bureau of Reclamation Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) is issuing this solicitation to procure main station service molded case circuit breakers (MCCB) for the Guernsey power plant. The goal of the contract is to replace existing circuit breakers to ensure continued operational efficiency and safety at the facility.

The salient characteristics for the required MCCBs include:
- Direct replacement of two ITE KM3-700 MCCBs rated for 230 VAC, handling a continuous current of 541.3 A, capable of interrupting a fault current of 42,000 A, and equipped with a shunt trip unit operating on 125 VDC.
- Direct replacement of one ITE KM3-400 MCCB rated for 230 VAC, handling a continuous current of 400 A, capable of interrupting a fault current of 22,000 A, also equipped with a shunt trip unit operating on 125 VDC.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required by December 1, 2024.

The products will be delivered to the Bureau of Reclamation-GP-WYAO at ATTN: GU, located at 205 Chamberlain Rd., Mills, WY 82644.
