59 Month Lease Awarded in Enterprise Oregon   2

The US Forest Service (USFS) currently occupies 7,680 RSF of warehouse space and 7,890 RSF of ancillary support space across approximately 24 acres in Enterprise, Or that will be expiring. Due to an onoging need for space, The USFS is intending to award a 59 month lease to the incumbent lessor without full and open competition due to a lack of availability of buildings and land in the Delineated area that meet the business units needs.

The USFS is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, The USFS will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy The USFS requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
