Keswick Substation Disconnect Tandem/Selector Switch Replacement
Background
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), specifically the Sierra Nevada Region, is seeking to replace a 245-kV Disconnect Tandem/Selector Switch at the Keswick Substation.
