For any substitution/replacement item, provide drawing and explanation of reason for change; if finished detail drawings are not available, provide manufacturer shop drawings for Government evaluation. Include supply chain traceability documentation with basic item description, part number, drawing/specification, NSN, manufacturing source, and manufacturing source’s CAGE.
